Welcome
The Theta Healing Practice Group is the place to enhance your theta healing skills through regular practice via a monthly Zoom call.
Each of the monthly events is introduced by one of our qualified Theta Healing Instructors. They have chosen and prepared a theme to discuss. This may include some short exercises, a group healing, energy clearing or similar activities.
This will normally be followed by breaking out into pair to either do a healing swap or continue a specific exercise. During this time, the instructor is available to provide help, support and guidance as required.
Every event you will both give and receive. This means you get to both receive healing as a client and improve your theta healing as the practitioner.

If you are a Theta Healer, you are welcome to join any (or all!) of the Practice Groups listed above. Simply subscribe and you will receive the Zoom link a week before each event.
Your Questions Answered
Are there any prerequisites to joining?
Yes. You must be a certified Theta Healer having completed the Basic DNA course, either online or in-person. If you have read the books but not completed a course yet, please get in touch via email before joining. You should contact us at: support@fromheadtoheart.com
We regularly host Theta Healing Basic Courses
Who is this Practice Group for?
The Theta Healing Practice Group is for beginner and intermediate Theta Healers. This means that all participants will have completed at least the Theta Healing Basic Course but most will have done several more.
What Beginner and Intermediate level?
Beginner level is anybody whose most advanced course is Basic, Advanced, Dig Deeper or You & The Creator.
Intermediate level is anybody who has practice beyond You & The Creator and includes courses such as Manifesting & Abundance, Game of Life, the 'You & ....' courses and World Relations
What if I want something more advanced?
If you have completed World Relations, Intuitive Anatomy, DNA3 or other Mastery Level Courses, then you may wish to work with other healers with similar levels of experience.
You are probably better suited to joining the Sacred Quest
Does joining the Practice Group give me automatic access to the WhatsApp Community?
No, though if you have been a regular attendee at the practice group for a long period of time, you may be invited by a From Head to Heart instructor.
If you complete any certified Theta Healing Course with From Head to Heart, you will be invited to the WhatsApp Community.
Who leads the practice group?
The Theta Healing Practice Group will be lead by a certified Theta Healing Instructor chosen by From Head to Heart. For 2025, Susie will be focussing on the Sacred Quest whilst Lola will be primarily leading the Practice Group.
Are there different levels?
No. This is something we tried out in the past, but for 2025 going forward, everyone will dial into a single call hosted by one From Head to Heart instructor.
Why is the Practice Group a subscription?
Healers who are committed to personal growth will develop their skills far faster than whose who simply wish it to be so. This community of healers have been growing together since 2021 and can attest to the power to regular, guided practice.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
Use the link at the bottom of this page to 'Manage your Subscription'. This will give you access to your personal and secure Stripe portal, from which you can amend or cancel your subscription.
