FROM HEAD TO HEART

Hi there!

I have access to a computer today that can access my website so I'll give you an update on what I've been experiencing.

Looking back at my last post dated December 5, 2009, I'm wondering if I lost some content ... not sure why I dated it December 5th unless that's when I was able to post it ...

So, update No. 1 ... I'm noticing more and more that my memory is changing ... in that I don't re-call or remember things like I used to ... More case in point,  I can check the TV guide or some radio station for upcoming programs to take in ... like in a few hours time ... and it will only be the next day or something reminding me hours or days later that I had fully intended to watch/listen to that particular program .... but because I'm living in the moment, if "the Plan to do so" does not reappear in the moment the program is scheduled ... I'm usually totally oblivious to what I'm missing out on from this previous 'Plan' ... Am I making sense? ... So clearly, I'm no longer remembering a "Past" ... and I'm no longer being drawn into the "Future" ... which simply leaves ... and means ... I'm living more and more in the "Present"!

If you haven't already done so, you've got to listen to Nassim Haramein's interview at NewRealities.com ... entitled Black Hole Physics to Power the World.  Nassim is a physicist who won a First Paper award at a Physics conference in Belgium in 2009 for his black hole theory. If you're wondering what the hell this has to do with you ... with you and me ... his theory speaks directly to my spiritual, evolutionary experience! There's so much to say on this subject .....

Simply put, Nassim has discovered that everything has a black holes that is the source of its creation ...  the black hole is the source of creation energy .... I directly experienced my own "black hole" and wrote about it on this website some time back (if I have time I'll insert a link) ... I experienced myself falling into this 'black hole' and discovered the vastness of the Void. This black hole is 'Zero Point Energy' (I believe, have to do more research) ... again, that boundless, limitless energy from which all things are created. That ... this is how we become sovereign ... through utilization of our own black hole boundless, source energy. THIS is how and why there is absolute abundance, energy, space for every living Being and thing on the Planet. We are self-sustaining ... we create what we need from our own source ... from our own black hole. Once we become One in consciousness with this Source, there will be no distance or lag time ... no Time, period ... between a desire and its manifestation ... hence, instant manifestation. This also explains how we teleport, etc. (Nassim goes into this in his interview, and it makes perfect sense to me!) I'm personally experimenting with teleporting or bi-locating to New York (visited in September) ... to be witnessed by a particular person in a particular setting ... sooo much fun!

Audrey continues:

Ever since Boxing Day, December 26, 2009 ... I've been utterly ... utterly ... inward (but obviously starting to resurface because I'm writing this!). Lisa Renee ... thank God for Lisa Renee ... speaks of what we are experiencing in this down time in her January 2010 article. She speaks of the 'factory reset' we've been experiencing and this too makes sense of my experience to the point where it explains why I felt the need to 'reset' my ancient laptop's internet function to 'default' sometime in the last two weeks ... all these little pointers are confirmation that we're on the correct path.

A little bit more about what the 'factory reset' has been about for me .... it's been about resetting my emotional body to be congruent with the Soul which is inSouling the physical. If there's one message I've received over and over again since the end of December it is ... be conscious of your emotional state and do whatever you can to raise it to as high a frequency as you can. Again, sooooo much to say .....

At one point in the last two weeks I experienced the return of a Power Animal that I worked with extensively at the beginning of my conscious awakening twenty-some years ago. This Power Animal ... this state of Being ... is all about .... being capable, certain, strong, focused, commanding ... to this, I've been prompted to add the feeling of happiness ... to continually remind myself of what it feels like to be happy ... by purposefully recalling times when I experienced happiness. So my days have been spent continually bringing up the feeling of happiness and combining it with the feelings evoked in identifying with my Power Animal.

What I believe is happening ... actually, I've had confirmation of it ... (one of the sources being The Guardians that Veronica Torres is beginning to bring through ... see transcript of December 12, 2009 channel) ... what is happening is the heart chakra and solar plexus chakra are being balanced with each other ... love and power coming into balance.

Audrey adds some brief comments on various matters:

January 8/9, 2010 I experienced 'Kundalini flu' ... a time when adjustments were being made to my base and second chakra which left me experiencing abdominal cramps and a day of feeling as weak as a baby ... bouncing fully back the next day to top form.

of course, Lani Calkin's December 31, 2010 message continues to deliver a wallop of energy and transformation each time I listen to or read it.

I really, really intend for my computer issue to straighten itself out so I can keep you more up to date on what's happening since we REALLY are in a NEW place/space.

With respect to the Haiti earthquake ... the only think I've read about it that makes sense to me is that these souls may be finally clearing the lack and limitation programs running on the Planet ... so many of us 'Lightworkers' have been working so long and hard to clear it ... maybe ... just maybe ... this is the physical manifestation of the clearing from the body of Earth and our physical cells. So it is in deep gratitude that I send my Blessings to Haiti and her people.

Wouldn't this be an absolutely wonderful time for our Galactic and Star neighbours to make an appearance   using their advanced technology to assist Humankind in Haiti? Wouldn't there be such an expression of good will engender in mankind toward them for their assistance at this time of overwhelming catastrophe?
