...Many times that which you dislike in another is what you dislike in yourself. This means it is not something that you necessarily must reject about yourself, it is in fact the thing you need to accept most about yourself. When you can embrace that part of you it is automatically transmuted into light and then the mirror reflects light back to you, because what was once perceived as a negative or dark or disdainful becomes a strength, it is the part of you reclaimed, embraced, retrieved and now loved it becomes one of your greatest allies, and empowers you in a whole new way and you will only understand my words and you will only understand the immensity of that power once you have done it. That is part of the process of reclaiming the self, of standing within the vibration of the master number 11, the individual reflecting the individual, the master standing before himself or herself, it is light meeting dark, dark looking into light, becoming one. Invest the time in yourself to bring your individual light into the world. The more whole you feel the stronger you will be, and that strength becomes a beacon of light for others, so you will feel stronger within yourself to give of your light, to give freely of your love, to serve unconditionally...."

I was telling a friend last evening how I've made my peace with Oprah ... yes Oprah! ...someone this friend happens to like and admire.  I, myself, have never cared much for Oprah and her big, fat ego.  And it's never helped that my twin sister has told me on numerous occasions that I remind her of Oprah! Oprah! What on earth is she talking about since I'm neither black, nor rich, nor famous, nor overly egotistical.

What I've realized over the last several days is that Oprah is full of her Self! As in strong in her sense of Self ... strong and in-your-face in the owning of her Power, Value and Worth to the extent that it overflows all around her.  Around Oprah everything comes up Oprah!

So I am quite delighted to finally own and integrate my inner Oprah ... to take her from the shadow to the light, to integrate the Light Side of the Ego as I stand and move forward in the fullness of MY Self, Power, Light, Glory and Abundance.

I was also telling my friend that in order to see myself in an intimate relationship I first had to accept all the things about myself I love to judge as being imperfect and unlovable.  I told her how I had rehearsed loving myself and being loved even with this and that bad habit, loving myself from the outside even with those certain physical imperfections, etc. and to my de-light, I think I'll do!  I finally got past my own judgment of myself as being unlovable.  Yes!  I think I'll do!

"...Many times beloved ones your rejection of your ego, your judgement of the ego, has resulted in you experiencing lack, poverty, conditional love and victim consciousness.

Separating yourself from the gifts of your ego has separated you from many valuable qualities in your life. The aspects of your ego we are referring to are the parts of you that drive you and motivate you to succeed regardless of what your definition of success is.

Your ego, the part that you are now needing to befriend is the part of you that ignites fire and passion inside of you, the part of you that wants to reach out to the world and make a difference, the part of you that has the spark and the spunk to do whatever you need to do to make sure that you have at your disposal the means to bring your greatest dreams to life.

How many times have you or someone you know, and now you need to be brutally honest with yourself, looked at a successful person and judged them? How many times have you accused them in the silence of your own mind and heart of being egoistical, money hungry, greedy, lustful? Why is success, achievement, attainment and the manifestation of comfort perceived as ego, and as a result rejected because it does not fit into the norm in terms of society’s definition of what good, spiritual and saintly people experience, the code by which they live and how they live?

Sacrifice is not something that makes you noble, sacrifice leaves you suffering, separate and isolated therefore the activation of this vital energy which is brought to you through the energies of the 21:12 gate is bringing humanity the opportunity to embrace ego with a healthy sense of self, with self love intact, self worth, self discipline and a sense of self so strong, so healthy that the individual is able to utilise the vibrations and frequencies of the quantum field to such a degree that you manifest your needs as met, and when you embrace your ego in that way you are grounded in your body. Your ego grounds you in your body, so the more you separate yourself from it and reject it the less grounded you are, and you know that the less grounded you are the more difficult it is for you to manifest your needs as met within your physical reality regardless of what your belief systems are.

You can tell yourself until you are blue in the face that you are ready to manifest abundance but if you are rejecting the ego, judging and rejecting anybody else’s ego then you are not grounded within your power to utilise the power of the ego and bring this new vibration into it’s full manifestation...."

"Welcome. I am angelic of origin. I am angelic of nature. I am angelic of light. I am the essence the vibration and the song that is known as Chamuel. I am angel of self-love and I come on this day to enfold you in that thought.
 
Every measurement of time, every measurement of day and of night reflects of how much you love yourself. Everything on this planet loves you. It is innately and genetically programmed to love you. The dirt that you walk upon loves you. The wind loves to mess up your hair and kiss your body. The animals love you and do not’ understand why you are afraid of them. Everything loves you. The trees smile at you from their great height, but they never look down on you, for they know that you are steward of this beautiful sphere.
 
When you are in a place of truly loving you, then everything that you desire to manifest and create – can, will, and must happen. For that is the way of the Universe. There are many days when there is not much that you like about yourself. On these days when your creative energies are dismal and have run a muck, your creations are like a highland bog.
 
Think about a time in your past when you were feeling so good and happy for no reason except being alive. Everything that you touched on that day turned into gold life smiled upon you with many miracles, people gave to you because they felt your love and joy and basked in it by being generous.  Now think about the days that you did not want to get out of bed, you did not want to wake up to the world again.  You got up dragging your feet and energy. Everything you touched that day deflated and drooped.  You ran out of gas (of course), got a flat tire and every red light on the way to work.  This is your life the good the bad the ugly always determined by how much you love who you are.
 
It is through you that everything happens. It can be no other way. For that is the destiny of this place that you reside upon that loves you more than most days you love yourself. Everything touches everything else And that is what you have forgotten.  That is why I, Chamuel, angel of self-love, come to tell you that -- your moods affect all of life. A tree smiles when you are in a good mood. A tree looses leaves when you are in a bad mood. If you are attracting people that are negative and down in the mouth, then look at your own energy – for the vibration is similar of nature.
 
Stay in a place of joy, happy to be human, happy to be flesh and happy to be wherever you are at that moment of your experience. You are the center of your universe – every one of you. You are the center of your personal time/space continuum – all separate, but united – similar to the cells in your body. When your heart yearns for something so deep – it is your soul that is asking you to provide it. It could be a walk on the beach that your soul needs. It could be dancing in the rain. It could be traveling around the world or writing an old friend a letter. Who do you think points you in the direction of all of those heart longings?
 
The self is so caught up in the past injustices it does not look forward. There is always a hindsight that is wrapped around the self of the past. Your soul is where the longings of your heart come from. Look closely at what you long for. Look at what is speaking to your heart and then center your self with love and create it from a point of heart.
 
Most human beings do not feel love or feel loved. That is constantly increasing as the universe radiates to you what it feels like to be unconditionally loved. This feeling of not being loved may come from your parents but realize they too are learning how to love. You can access lifetimes – future, past, and simultaneous when your parents loved you very much. Ask for that. Maybe your husband or your wife does not show you much affection or maybe your life is empty of love. There have been plenty throughout time that have loved you.
 
The sun has set and risen on your every want and need. Ask for that love to be initiated into your human self now. There were lifetimes when you were magical (and still are you know) – but you have forgotten. There were lifetimes when everything did your bidding – everything listened to your word and then became what you spoke. You have made gold out of straw more times then we care to count. You are all alchemists. You are angels and you are beautiful humans all wrapped up in one. If you are not getting what you desire at this moment  in time, then you must access a place in space and time that you once received it -- and bring that feeling – (ask for that feeling to flood you)–into your auric field. From that point – create. From that point – love yourself a little more.
 
Humans are funny creatures. We don’t always understand you – but we always stand by you. You do not feel loved even when someone who loves stand face to face and proclaims their love. You do not feel fulfilled no matter how much is given to you. Humans – you do not understand how vast you are. But we do!  In the meantime as you are trying so hard to remember, we hold the light for you. We sit at the fire. We talk about you and joke about you and we compare notes– we love you dearly. We need you to call upon us -- the angels. We cannot intervene unless it is an emergency – and sometimes your definition of an emergency varies greatly from our definition of an emergency. We are obedient to you as the Mother/Father God commanded.  Time after time and life after life we grow to love you more. In order for us to serve you better, you must direct us into the affairs of your life. We will be there for you. No job is too small or too big. I am Chamuel. I am the angel of self-love and I hope you have a better understanding of what that really means."

When your heart aches, whatever the perceived cause, your heart is aching for Me.
 
When you feel that something is missing in your life, no matter how clear nor how vague your feeling, it is I you are longing for.
 
I am the Alpha and the Omega, and yet there is not beginning and not ending. There is Being. Being is. Love is.
 
When you are longing, and therefore feeling something is missing, you have misplaced your attention for a little while. Therefore, you experience a longing. You may not know that your longing is for Me. You just feel the sense of emptiness you call longing.
 
When your boyfriend has left you, no matter how much you long for him and his attention, he is a symbol of Me. You caught a fragment, and so you thought your beloved was the Human before you and that he caused your love. No matter how much you thought so, he never was paramount. It was your own love that starred all the time.
 
Beloved, there is you and there is I, our Oneness disguised as two. There is no third either. No matter how much you believe there is, your love was attachment to a fiction. You had a vision before you. Now remember there is no other. No matter how much you love another, there is no another. You love an image you have put before you. No matter how much flesh and bone, it is still an image you have projected onto the screen of your heart.
 
You have objects of your love. This is wonderful. Enjoy. And yet you need no object for your love. Your love is, and you focus it. When a loved one leaves your presence or leaves your heart, you are presented with the splendid opportunity to discover the ever-present Vastness of your love. Your love swooped down for a moment or years or a lifetime and plucked a personage as a bird would pluck a seed, and yet even your greatest love is a diversion, a place card for Me. Love loves love. Love loves itself.
 
You love food. A certain food is presented to you, and that is your feast, and you eat it up. Perhaps the food is berries from the field or a vegetable soup from your garden. You say you love one food or another, and yet what you really love is to eat. And so you love to love. I am before you, beloveds, and I serve you Myself as the fullness of love every moment.
 
Your mother was a stand-in for My love. Your husband is. Your children are. There is One Love, and it is Ours. This love can never be taken from you. Love stands in you. It is like you paint with your love. You put a daub here and there. You pour a whole can of love on one illusion. All the while, the paint is all yours. You just put it somewhere. And so is it with love. And yet it is all yours, and it is all Mine, and love cannot depart. Objects can vary, but love is love. Despite what you perceive, love does not wander. It is extant whatever happens in the relative world. Love is yours. No matter how much you give it away, it is still yours.
 
Enjoy objects of your love, and know they are incidental. No matter how important-seeming to you, they are incidental. They have been instrumental in showing you the love that exists within you. You are mistaken to believe that your love is dependent upon the good wishes or presence or attention to or from others. Love is not dependent. Love is the Source of itself and requires no object. Enjoy the landing of your love on another, yet know another is not its source. You and I are. I AM."

"As an infant, still immersed in Oneness, you accepted yourself unconditionally, and were completely without shame or self-consciousness. Until someone told you, or implied to you, that there was anything unacceptable about you, your behavior, or the situation into which you were born, you accepted yourself in every way. It didn’t matter what you looked like, if you were rich or poor, what your skin color was, if you had a deformity, an alcoholic parent, fashionable clothes, ragged clothes or no clothes.

You accepted your body completely, including your genitals and your bowel movements, and did not experience them as something about which to be ashamed or to hide. You did not question the validity of your feelings, the sound of your own voice or the grace of your movements. You did not compare yourself to anyone else, or wish you were someone other than who you are. You simply were, and that was that. You were whole and still operating out of Prime Matrix — Oneness — fully expressing your essential qualities, with Life Force moving through you at optimal levels. You had not yet been disempowered through judgment.

Only when your caretakers, who were embroiled in the duality matrix, the realm of opposites, comparisons, and of the judgment of what is “good” and “bad,” acceptable and unacceptable, began teaching you that some things about you were okay and others were not, did you begin to see yourself as less than perfect. Only when someone praised some things about you and criticized others, or compared you to someone else, did you learn to do the same. This was not natural for you —

you had to learn to shift from the sense of holiness and perfection within you, to a sense of incompleteness and imperfection. You had to learn to judge yourself — to not to fully accept yourself. You had to learn to step out of Oneness into the Life Force-depleting, frequency-lowering duality matrix, the realm of judgment.

Your acquired lack of self-acceptance is truly crippling you more than you may know. It has kept you tied to the duality matrix, because all your judgments about everything are rooted in your lack of self-acceptance and your judgment of self. What you are not able to accept in others is intimately tied to that which you cannot accept in yourself, and this pattern of judgment keeps you stuck in the duality matrix. Letting go of self-judgment, and re-learning self-acceptance is key to releasing yourself from the trap of duality.

No doubt there are characteristics or conditions you have developed as a result of your tenure here on Planet Earth that are not desirable to you and, certainly, it may serve your divine purpose to change them. But the irony is,

when you fail to accept whatever you wish to change, it simply puts you in a position from which real transformation and healing is impossible, because it keeps you out of alignment with Source, out of the flow of Love, which is the only transformational, healing force there is!

Remember, acceptance is not about liking something or condoning it. Rather, it is acknowledging it in a neutral way. It is saying, “I will not judge because I do not have the capacity to fully understand how who I Am and what I express fits into the Whole of Creation. I will not judge because I do not know the totality of God’s desire for experiencing what it is to be human.”

Certainly, if it is true that the Creator’s primary goal is to experience every facet of Her or Himself, then whatever you, as a facet of God, manifest in your being — whether desirable to you, or undesirable to you — is a part of providing God with a complete experience. Therefore, to judge yourself is of no use, except to keep you trapped in the pain of duality. Only through non-judgment can we move out of duality, and truly be in alignment with Source where we are able to release anything that doesn’t suit our divine purpose, and experience the joy and fulfillment of being and doing that which we are designed to be and do.

So, as you can see, acceptance of yourself is a major piece in the process of returning to the higher frequency of joy and harmony. Because the habit of judgment is so deeply ingrained in humanity, self-acceptance is something that you will need to practice and practice and practice. But doing it is liberating in a way that you will not conceive of until you experience it. There is nothing that will raise your frequency as effectively as true self-acceptance. To get there, try offering yourself the same patience, compassion, understanding and Love you might give a disabled child in your care — for that is what you are. Operating in the duality matrix has crippled you, but by refusing to withhold Love from yourself, and practicing the unconditional acceptance you embodied as an infant, you take a truly powerful step toward rising in frequency, healing the wounds sustained in the duality matrix, and rising back up in frequency where your life is harmonious, joyful, and filled with Love once again."
