FROM HEAD TO HEART

"First of all, the New Energy IS, and that is all really, that you can say about it. Because the so-called New Energy is non-definable in itself, It is experiential, just like GOD, I Am !! But what you can talk about however is the effects of the New Energy, and how you experience them in your reality vs. the experience of the Old Energy. And that information is very valuabe to share. The New Energy is very fast and very easy to work with, yet fairly frustrating for the mind, which wants everything to be structured and "as usual". The mind is frustrated because the New Energy is completely unpredictable. It does not obey or follow the mind, it follows the spirit, so to say. So if you focus upon something you want to create, let's say a red pencil, you may end up with getting a blue pen.

The nature of the New Energy is that it manifests in your life in the perfect amount, at the perfect time and in the perfect way, - because it is your Self creating it and making it happen. So even though the mind wants it in one way at that specific time, - it may come completely different. So there is indeed the element of TRUST IN SELF that is required to be able to move into New Energy.

Trust and allowing. Stepping out of the way, instead of sabotaging your own creations, which allways will be perfect, when you do not control or fear!!

OLD ENERGY vs. NEW ENERGY Keywords

Definable/Undefinable, Dualistic/Expansive, Contained/Free, Conservation/Renewal, Limited/Unlimited Predictable/Unpredictable, Effort/Effortless, Complicated/Simple, Earn/Receive, Process/Accept, Doubt/Trust, Confusion/Clarity, Results/Experience, Constriction/Flexibility, Analysis/Awareness, Problems/Potentials, Skepticism/Curiosity, Force/Flow, Resistance/Allowing, Boring/Fun!

New Energy is not vibrational like Old Energy. It is expansional. It expands in all directions and dimensions simultaneously. It’s nearly impossible to compare New Energy to Old Energy. They are totally different in nearly every respect. New Energy can be integrated into Old Energy reality. They don’t have to be independent or separate. But because our Old Energy consciousness cannot define the New Energy, it will perceive the New Energy bubbles of consciousness coming in, to be an intrusion, which tends to create resistance and panic in the mind. New Energy is like that. It’s coming into your reality like a type of energy potential bubbles. These bubbles are all around you right now. Many times you’re not aware of them, but you feel them. You feel something different and strange. You’re not sure what it is. It’s the New Energy Divine consciousness. It’s New Energy.

In the Old Energy the human mind wants answers. Human consciousness allways wants answers. The New Energy is not answers. There are no answers, because New Energy represents pure potentials. And a pure potential doesn’t have to define itself as a singular answer, as a singular truth, but as many, many layers and potentials. So while the old human mind searches for an answer to a problem, sometimes very desperately or in great frustration, the New Energy comes to you, sometimes unseen and unknown, as potentials. You could start by erasing the word “answer” from your vocabulary and allow the consciousness of potentials to begin flowing in.

The human psyche right now cannot deal very well with things that are undefined. The mind has a neat little compartment system for all things, like feelings and thoughts and energy. But can you be so free that you can move the focus from mind into heart, and begin living from that place of no-definition, - with TRUST IN YOUR SELF?

The human wants to know that there is a right and a wrong, a good and a bad, up and down. It wants to put a type of value judgment on nearly everything in life. In the New Energy living, there is none of that! It can’t be defined in those terms. Perhaps the best way to say it is, that “It just is”, without a value. Perhaps it is just experience, energy, consciousness. The human mind desperately tries to stay in these moral parameters of right and wrong as a way of keeping on track. But in the New Energy, there is no need of placing these kinds of limitations on yourself. They are indeed judgments. They are indeed a type of prison.

How the New Energy works

It is all about being yourself in this Now moment, being present within You, loving You, allowing You. The New Energy source is the Self, the I Am Presence! So by allowing the I Am or Higher Self to be in control, instead of the Human Self, the New Energy can come in to Be and Do, - for You!

Tobias states:

"In the Old Energy human consciousness there was a propensity to make things very difficult and complex. It served a purpose because it allowed your consciousness to find how deep it could go, how confused it could get, how lost it could be. In the New Energy there is a brilliant simplicity to everything. The New Energy doesn’t have to discover depths anymore, because it knows everything has infinite depth, but yet infinite simplicity. It seems like a contradiction in terms, but in the New Energy most things Old Energy are indeed a contradiction of terms."

New Energy is purely experiential, it doesn’t work very well trying to define it. Just feel it. It is a natural source of unlimited potentials. It is a source of unlimited and free energy.

New Energy is without structure, but yet it can apply itself into current forms, into current consciousness, and enhance them. But as New Energy comes into current concepts and actually even into physical reality and physical structures, it will seem to be or appear to be that the New Energy actually destroys the old concept or the old structure. It seems to annihilate it. But when you look again or feel again closer, you’ll understand, it hasn’t done that at all. It was just an illusion.

It has redefined the consciousness of the Old Energy human. It has allowed that to expand, and release its old structures and limitations, into a free expression. So when you see things in your own life seeming to fall apart in front of you, it’s actually not doing that at all. It’s just redefining itself in an undefined and free way. Again, it’s all going to seem to be contradiction, but it’s not.

New Energy has no need for comfort. It’s about expanding and evolving, experiencing and playing, because there is no right or wrong, good or bad, pain or comfort. It’s just consciousness.

An exercise in applying the New Energy

Take a situation in your life, that involves another person. Feel that other persons energy. Don’t just imagine, but really allow the sensation, the deep feeling of that person. Maybe it is a spouse or especially an ex-spouse, a sibling, or anybody that you’ve been having some challenges or problems with. Like two sheep ramming their heads, you’ve been trying to figure things out in your mind, going in circles, running in a maze, trying to work things out between you both in an Old Energy way.

Obviously when you ram two things into each other, what do they do? They get bigger, they get more stubborn, and they get more sensitive.

So take that one situation that you have with another, - feel the energy of this situation. Maybe it’s not a comfortable feeling, but just let yourself feel it. Allow it. Feel what it’s doing to your mind and your emotions and your body.

Now, allow the New Energy to come into this situation. Maybe your mind goes; “But if I allow New Energy into this old difficult situation, what is going to happen? Is it giving me an unfair advantage? Is it going to actually resolve the issue?” Perhaps you’ve been having fun playing with it for too long of a time. Will the other person win? Will they be the ones who benefit from this rather than you?

Well, just let yourself experience it now. Let the New Energy into you, and into the situation. Don’t try to figure it out. Don’t try to manipulate it !! Just breathe it in.

And now watch and observe what happens. Watch what happens later today, or in the next few days in particular with this person. Stand behind the "short wall" and understand that the New Energy comes in right now, because you’ve called on it! You’ve allowed it. See and observe how it works.

Let go of the expectations of what you think the outcome should be. Don’t let yourself get caught up in the chaos or drama or fear. Just observe. You’re going to have a brilliant triumphant discovery of how New Energy – your New Energy in consciousness – comes into play. Again, no expectations now of what the outcome should be. Just observe.

And if you like myself find it difficult sometimes to actually find the peace within to actually even focus on the forgiveness, go into nature, take some breathing time, and then do the excercise. I can say from my own experience, - IT WORKS - the results are so gracious and so full of life and love and freedom, for all parts!

Keep it Simple

Old Energy involves complicated processes, which usually takes alot of forcing of energy, manipulation and struggle. The key to working with the New Energy is to keep it simple. There is a grace and a flow to the New Energy that cannot be made complicated, because if it becomes complicated, the New Energy will withdraw and wait.

You will never figure New Energy out, but just know it when you experience it. In the Now moment. It will never repeat itself, but allways be new and different. When you call upon New Energy into a situation, do some breathing, 3-4 deep breaths, invite it in, and simply let it do as it wants to, knowing and trusting that it will be perfect!!

Make Conscious Choices and stand back so they can perform before you on the Stage of your Life. Remember the New Energy is not dualistic, it is not even the opposite of Old Energy. It is totally New. Divine Energy.

New Energy is created by our Divine Higher Selves, which means, it does not come from any other outside Source. It comes through us when we acknowledge ourselves as Conscious Creators, when we make clear choices, and when we allow the surrender of the reins, and simply stand back. When we allow our Joy, passion and true self to be on stage in our lives, - the New Energy flowes naturally in. Until then, it simply waits in a stand-by position.

The New Energy, when being called into action, is not a linear manifestation, and will not come as you expect or hope, causing sometimes great frustration in the mind and anger in the emotions. The New Energy expands in all directions at the same time. It moves in and out of dimensions very fluidly and quickly. And the creations we call upon are also changing and expanding all the time in a fluid way. The Lemurian way, as the say. Hey!"

"...We now draw your attention inward as you feel the message now. The new light of the Sonship has been established, and you now feel the nature of your life changing; perhaps still feeling a bit confused, perhaps occasionally opening up more and feeling like your true self. As you cross the threshold with more awareness, you will learn that you had participated in the great shift, and that more of what you are and what you came here to do will be arriving back into your feelings.

The call within will become clearer as you continue to listen inward to your own feelings. You will begin hearing the voice of your soul calling softly to your waking mind, gently urging you to become silent, to turn this way or that way, as if your connection within has been tempered and made stronger. You will still be walking in between two worlds - the world that has always existed around you, and the new earth that is manifesting within the infiniteness of your truth instrument.

The New Energy will continue to be the conduit; the paint with which you will create anew with.

You have a canvass before you that appears to be what it has always been: your television, your couch, your traffic and smog, your markets and workplaces. Yet, as you paint with what is now available, you will perceive brand new colors arriving on your canvas. This is not merely piercing the veil - this is perceiving more of the Truth. Colors, angelic beings, visions, places, historical times, future possibilities – and most importantly, deeper awareness and truth within your own being about who you truly are.

This new paint palette that you invite with you in your life experience will help you to see yourself and the world around you more clearly.

How do you use these new wonderful paints, you ask?

You use them through becoming silent and allowing your feelings. It is quite beautiful to paint how you feel and to see new colors come together in new arrangements which illuminate something you didn’t see before.

You might say that these colors are like the energies in you, waiting to become known to you through your embracing of them.

These colors are quite potent and may reveal to you some truth about yourself that you had not yet known upon your last introspection. But you use the new energy paint! So you then allow into you the new experiences.

The colors weave and blend together into your moment to moment state, creating an elaborate and beautiful experience that could not have been achieved from a mental effort alone.

Ah yes, there is a grand difference between being open in the mind, and being open in the being.

Openness is not simply an idea or a mental decision. It is an allowing - a melding in - a willingness to be receptive and at peace with all parts of yourself. True openness is feeling truly free in your feelings.

When you feel an old wound surfacing into your experience, your soul is trying to tell you something. “Let’s be open!” it says. “Let us feel and experience this so that it may be given to the light and reveal its true gift to us.” Indeed, you are being truly open when you allow yourself to be emotionally open, and allow your feelings to come forth. What is maturity? Is it controlling those feelings? Or is it allowing them to become a part of your journey back to your Self?

Many of you believe you know how you feel about things, but you do not always recognize that what you believe in is something that you’ve borrowed elsewhere.

You can only truly know what you believe about your self when you allow yourself to feel your experience. There is no need for ‘effort’ in this New Energy. Simply allow the experience.

The ego-mind may want to work frivolously to cover up the pains that may surface, believing that it is remaining even keeled and balanced. So we ask you, what is openness? Are you allowing all parts of you to be a part of your experience? How do you feel?

Watch for the changes in the feelings you have. There is so much to be gained by allowing yourself to explore this canvas that urges you to paint on it.

We have found that many are moving into creating, feeling the call within to service, to the new passion that is uniting within them, carrying them into the new earth, expanding the consciousness of what you have all been working with so diligently.

The slate is once again clean. Many beautiful experiences of your self are around the corner. We are here to tell you that you may allow them in - now.

You need not be haunted by pain anymore, holding it back, and believing it has made you strong. You need not weather the storms any longer. You need not lose yourself to the truculent layers of the mass consciousness. There are indeed many parts and you may choose your experience.

The light within you is ready once again. You can shine this light with true self honesty, allowing the feelings that you had tucked away in judgment and guilt to become a part of your experience, so that they may also be released to the light, guiding you to the very place that you have been asking to go. Your perfect instrument has the ability to guide you even while you are blind to your own light.

You have done so well, Dear Angels. There is a new world that is emerging from a cocoon of incubation. This new world is your own guiding light.

Start within, and allow the colors you paint to take you to the places that you’ve only dreamed of.

And so it is...."

"...Your focus has been reborn from the silence, the rest, and the time you spent doing nothing at all – from this time in which you were feeling bored or even apathetic.

You are focused now, like a laser ray – and this focus has to do with your New Involvement in the human experience. This is the New Assignment you have assumed for yourself.

It is an assignment that is yours, and yours alone; and it involves your life completely.

But remember this: There is no mission.

I tell you this one more time, just to remind you not to take up another search for purpose outside yourself, only to find yourself in confusion once again.

Now, let us breathe together. Breathe and feel.

Feel your new focus. Feel where you are going, and what you’re going to be involved in. Maybe you will sense something, maybe not. But don’t worry. This doesn’t really matter....

You are now in a place where you are Present, and that’s it. That’s it!

You are a rocket in flight, exploring the cosmos, but with a difference. As you fly, you are manifesting the flight, and enjoying it, even as it unfolds before you. You are not distracted. There are no on-board computers diverting your attention. There is nothing calculating trajectories or keeping you on course toward a distant target. This is not a linear or goal-driven process.

Instead, you are on a flight propelled by your own joy, by your own enjoyment of life. Every movement forward in flight, every step you take on your journey, is in total trust of Who You Are. You know with your whole being – not just the three-dimensional mind – that this is your own creation. And you know with All Your Being, that this is how you shall do it...."

HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM THE ARCTURIANS

"We the Arcturians wish you a Happy and Transformative 2008. Your life may appear to be on hold at this moment as many of you are in your cocoon. You are birthing your new SELF and being in the quiet so that you can allow the re-wiring of your brain and consciousness so that you may more easily integrate the higher frequency light that is coming into your personal and planetary body.

We do not wish to give you predictions, but we want to comfort you now, as fear may be attempting to enter your consciousness. You see, our One, you are about to embark on a great journey, which can ignite the old, habitual fear of the unknown. You are correct in the feeling that you need to be in the stillness in order to prepare for that which is actually an entirely new perception of reality. For much of your life you have associated busy-ness with success. Now, you will need to reprogram that belief. Busy-ness is effort and frenetic action. The way you will live your new life will be in ease and flow. Action will take on a new meaning, as you will no longer feel the need to "try hard" or "work" for that which you wish to manifest. In fact,

you will not manifest as much as you will surrender to the Flow and allow your personal expression of the ONE to take form in your physical reality.

When your consciousness intermingles with the ONE, you realize that your earth vessel is your personal portal into the holographic experience of a third- dimensional, polarized world. In a polarized reality, love and fear are constantly at odds. It is this conflict that urges the grounded ones to try harder so that they can overcome their fear and somehow find love. Unfortunately, for most third dimensionals fear is easily found and love is extremely illusive. Hence, fear becomes the common foundation for feelings and thoughts, as well as the actions that result from them.

On the other hand, once your consciousness is firmly rooted in the ONE much of your fear is released from your consciousness, which dramatically alters your perception of the 3D Game. Without fear as an impetus to spur you into action, you may feel almost bored. "What is going on?" you might ask. "It is so quiet and nothing seems to be happening." What you are really experiencing is NO effort.

Effort has usually accompanied your sensations of work, success, self esteem and so many other expressions for most of your physical life. Hence, when effort is taken from your reality, you are inclined to think that something is wrong.

Yet, nothing is wrong and nothing is right, for as your consciousness releases the dramas of the third dimension and instead attaches to the ONE, polarities begin to lose their power. You may still experience the pull of the third dimensional dramas as they try to bring you back into the old operating system of effort and work. However, do not try to resist this feel, for resistance makes the rope of personal limitation tighten. Instead, simply let go of the drama of fear and worry to exchange the feeling of effort and work for the experience of being in the Flow.

When things are going well, this release is relatively simply. On the other hand, when fear knocks at your door, adrenalin is released into your system and your earth vessel strives to "work harder." The definition of work is "effort over time," which pulls you deeper into the 3D dramas and illusions. Your challenge is to call upon the ONE to assist you in overcoming your hormones' call to battle.

As we have stated, the absence of fear, drama and effort engaging your mind can make you believe that something is wrong, or will go wrong soon. You base this belief on a lifetime of your third dimensional limitations in which no effort often meant that you weren't trying hard enough.

Now, our ONE, there is no need to "try harder" for the silence simply means that you are transforming within your cocoon. Your long history of physical reality urges you to struggle and push your way out of the cocoon and into whatever challenge you will meet next. Therefore, we encourage you to wait in peace and joy.

Waiting in peace and joy keeps your consciousness firmly rooted in the ONE and allows you to accept the inflow and outflow of the ONE.

When you are in inflow, you are recharging your 3D batteries so that you can experience your outflow free of effort and work.

As always, your breathing with intention regulates your consciousness. If you breathe with the intention of getting it done—even if you are tired, even if you are angry and even if you are afraid—you will lower your consciousness for you will invite the rush of adrenalin. This adrenalin then ushers in the consciousness of Fight/Flight, as well as the anxiety that accompanies this state of consciousness. However, if you can breathe with the intention of waiting in peace and joy, you will give your earth vessel the message that all is well, and it can relax into a state of calmness.

BREATHING PEACE AND JOY

Take a few deep sighs to release any pent up anxiety and then relax into your body. Take a long moment to imagine just how peace would feel to you, and allow yourself to indulge in that sensation. Then take another long moment to imagine how joy would feel to you and allow that joy to enter into your awareness.

Inhale PEACE

Hold the peace

Exhale JOY

Hold the joy

Three times—or more,

Inhale Peace—HOLD

And exhale Joy—HOLD

Breathe in this fashion until you feel that peace and joy has filled your consciousness.

Practice this breathing in the morning, so that you can more easily remember to hold this intention in the midst of your busy day. You may also wish to breathe in this manner before you go to bed to insure a calm and restful sleep.

Remember, dear ONES, we are always sharing our infinite peace and joy with you. KNOW that the path before you is of your own creation.

YOU are in control because YOU are your SELF. You are ONE with your SELF and your SELF is ONE with the Flow.****

Do not resist, and do not try. Release old beliefs of effort and allow your SELF to guide you into the Flow and keep you there. Then, just relax and allow your new life to unfold before and within you. Call upon us, the Arcturians, and we will assist you to awaken to your new life.

We are within the ONE; hence, we are ONE with you."
