Is This Still What I Want?
"Do you remember the story about that Japanese soldier, following World War II, who hadn't yet heard that the war was over? He still manned his post, on some South Pacific island. He still shot at those who attempted to contact him. When the Marines landed, to investigate reports about this fellow, they were forced to bring in a retired Japanese Officer, to finally convince the man that he could COME OUT, and LAY DOWN HIS ARMS.
In a sense, Dear Friends, we [The Reconnections] are playing out the role of that Japanese Officer in regards to you. We are they who have passed through the fire, who have flown above the clouds of this Limitation Focus. We have broken down our walls of protection, and beaten our swords into plowshares. It is FOR YOU that we have come, to share good news. ....
The only Veils which now remain---separating you from that which you fear, or that which seems to elude you--are those you have chosen to keep in place....
The Earth Plane is no longer a prison, my friends! It is now a PRISM of diversity and possibility, there at your command. All you need to get anything you wish is present within you now. Just wipe away the cobwebs from your mind so you can clearly see the path that is laying itself before you.
And it will come, in time. It always does. There is no one left to condemn you. Those who appear to do so are simply reflections of the condemnations you still hold about yourself. They are demons, standing guard over a prison door that has no ceiling or walls! Just step out and you're free. ...
The only question, to which you will continually return, is: "Is this still what I want?" And instantly, with the asking (if it is sincere and forthright), there will be an automatic adjustment to whatever reality context you currently inhabit."

Audrey says:
Is this still what I want? ....... How many of us are like the Japanese soldier .... drink deeply and slowly of this message. Step into the shoes of that Japanese soldier ... is it .. over? Do you have the courage to drop your arms? What then, you may ask. Can you stand to not know what awaits you? To exist in the Void, for a time, until you become acclimatized to your new existence as a free and sovereign being? Are you that brave?
I, and many others have forged a path, remember. We, too, had to lay down our arms and trust.
If its still a little too scary to contemplate, when you are ready, just imagine it. PRETEND to lie down your arms ....and trust. Step into the embrace of your liberators. Begin to experience the wonderment of it all. Feel the congratulatory thumps on the back. Look deep into the eyes of those who have come to free you, and see the love and compassion and understanding that is shinning back at you. Hear the excited words issuing forth from the lips of the person in front of you. What are they saying? Sense someone else offering you words of comfort and encouragement. Feel your chest begin to expand, your breath to deepen, and your heart to open. Feel the tears gather in your eyes, and slowly trickle down your face in utter joy!
..... And when you are ready ... fast forward through one, two, three, six months of NO THING, the Void. Look back, and notice how staying connected with those on the same path and your personal guides, helped you through this metamorphosis phase. Recall, how the hours spent in nature each day to ground yourself in your new existence, helped you to arrive at this NOW place, where new possibilities abound! ..... And in looking back, you happen to notice something else as well. You notice how you have just widened the path for others to follow.
So, when you have finished with your imaginings, ask yourself ..... is THIS still what I want?
