FROM HEAD TO HEART

"Greetings divine ones, we are the Andromedans. We come from a distant galaxy of ascended origin and we are a team of beings who share your origin and work with you in many aspects of life. We would like to begin with a prayer of invocation:

{Divine blessings of dispensation, the christed light and violet fire, freedom and protection are activated. In this space of invocation we offer you the sanctity of your divine heritage. We offer you the remote intelligence that you are destined to recover in this lifetime. We offer you grace and expansion, soul truth and divine wisdom. Glory be.}

Blessings. We, the Andromedans, are a civilization of lighted beings who offer the people of earth guidance and solace on the journey toward ascended consciousness. We are great bearers of light and we hold a special place and vibration in the universe. Our galaxy is one of diversity, yet many beings in our galaxy resemble the human form. We are primarily a race of ascended souls who have risen above the veil of separation and experiences of duality. Because of this we have wisdom from experience, and divine offerings to share with many of you.

Your heritage is of the stars... this means that though you hold human biological dna, you also hold the genetic structure (or blueprint of advanced civilizations of the stars). This merging is what ensures your capability to lead humanity to the next level of planetary activation. On your sojourn into full awareness, you will notice that your heart strings are being pulled in many different directions. This is indeed for good cause, for you are awakening to your divinity and full capability in this lifetime which encompasses much.

What this means for you is you will have the ability to traverse dimensions and have access to your many streams of intelligence from this and all lifetimes. As you become more and more aware of your cosmic heritage so too do you become more and more aware of your ability to do and remember things that you have experienced in other timelines. This merging process is to assist you as forerunner(s) in humanity and to enable you to access your many talents and gifts of divinity.

When you have returned to a state of connectivity and wholeness you will most certainly resonate with each of your gifts as they are intimately a part of you. You have had many lifetimes with experience in diverse cultures and races and these experiences will serve you well. Our hope is for you to step fully into your power as the great being(s) of divine heritage with total awareness of your contribution to multi-dimensional existence.

To access the gifts of your soulular truth and divine heritage you must listen to the beat of your own heart. Your heart is encoded with receptors of higher truth and in alignment you will come to experience joy as your natural state. This is the equilibrium point of a soul, the center by which your balance is gauged. When you are in a state of alignment with your soul's intentions, feelings of peace and bliss become of you. These feelings are to assist you to interpret your path and to discover your limitless potential.

When gauging your hearts call you simply need pay attention to how you feel each scenario that you are presented with to know what is true for you at all times. When you are in a state of conflict, your heart will tell you so. Unease and discontent are always signs of the need for change and growth. When your soul is prepared to take you to the next level, you will come to know discontent intimately until you are ready to move forward and make decisions for your higher self and purpose which always bring you feelings of great expansion.

Your heart will also tell you what is true for your life expression or purpose when you are unsure. When you think of what you would love to be or do, without limitation, your heart will send a signal to your brain in which neurotransmitters emit a hormone that flood your body to create uplifting feelings. This hormonal release is akin to your natural state of being in truth. It is a state by which you are centered between emotions and capable of observing the life around you with bliss and wonderment. Expressing yourself fully will bring you into this state of alignment and in doing so you are achieving what you came to earth to be and do.

So what is it that brings you this flooding of joy? Outside of the practical concerns of life...what do you feel is the most accurate expression of who you are being? These questions cannot be answered with a logical mind, for they are not logical questions. They are the questions of the heart. The same way that love cannot be answered in a logical way, for love and attraction lie outside the boundaries and limitations of the mind. Love is the amount of joy you are willing and able to hold and allow into your life. Love is the experience you share with another through pure feeling and visceral based connection. So true is this that one cannot achieve ascension without learning the ropes of love and self-love. For ascension is none other than learning to love yourself and others so fully that you feel and express nothing but contentment for what is. In this space all in creation is love, even challenge and pain.

So you see divine one(s), you need not ask questions with your mind for the answers will be limited to what you "think" is possible. Instead, step outside of your mind and into your heart where the unlimited bounty of joy and potential await you. Your next steps are for you to choose, create and experience. What brings you the most joy is always the gauge to determine the correctness of your path. In doing so, you will uncover many latent gifts of divine making and the journey will be undoubtedly fulfilling when you come to realize that you are always the driver behind the wheel to your destiny. There is so much to experience on earth and where you do it and how you do it is always up to you. What direction will you choose?

We are in loving support of your journey and we hold the intention for your full activation and the merging of your god sel(ves). Enter into your heart more fully and lead your life on a new journey of anticipation and in trust that you are infinitely supported. With ever expanding love and joy, we bid you farewell....

"As we go through this process of transition and ascension, we are switching on our light bodies and ascending into new ways of living and being. We are becoming multi-dimensional, and capable of functioning at higher frequencies of conscious awareness. But as we break through to these new levels, many of us are finding ourselves without the tools for managing the very real physical and emotional efffects that are a daily part of the break-through into multi-dimensional living.

In this article, I want to offer some tools for managing the energy. Archangel Michael has asked me to share this information with you, but I also want to say a special thank-you to my friend, David, master shaman and teacher, who showed me how to use these tools.

The Heart is the Key

In a very real sense - the Heart Chakra is the key and the gateway to multi- dimensionality. If the heart is not open, you will not be able to ascend to higher levels of consciousness. The three keys to opening the Heart Chakra can be described as:

FOLLOW YOUR PASSION:  Nothing locks us out of the sparkling dance of light found at the higher dimensions more effectively than habitually following a way of life because we have always done so, or because it is expected of us.

When we are truly free, we are able to comprehend our freedom and to choose to express ourselves in ways that resonate with who we truly are.

Because so many of us are living "habitual" lives, we often need to take time out to discover what our passions are, before we can follow them. This is why so many people are "dropping out" of careers and taking time to re-define who they are and how they live. The New Earth will be filled with passionate people creating joy! But this takes time, and we need to give ourselves all the time we need to find our passions and our joy and to heal the wounds that prevent us from being our essential passionate self.

LISTEN TO YOUR INNER VOICE/INTUITION: I often think that this is the true meaning of the concept of the "return of the Goddess"/ the feminine energy. In our "old energy" lives, we were taught to listen to our ego, to the rational voice of the "parent". This voice told us to disregard our joy and conform to what was expected of us, in order to "fit in" and be safe.

Ironically, when we listen to the inner voice of the Higher Self, we are always safe. But we have to re-learn this skill and the trust in this skill. It is only when we allow our inner voice to be our guide, that the miracles will happen. The Inner Voice is the Goddess within. Allow her to lead, and she will show you the dance of light. And then your ego/rational self can build the structures to support your new reality. To do this we need to be aware of the "cues" from higher reality, for our higher aspects will talk to us in dreams, through other people, books, animals or events in our lives. We need to start "reading the messages" again. Being consciously aware of the "ripples" in our reality that have information or messages for us.

PRACTISE COMPASSION, TOLERANCE AND UNDERSTANDING: Those with open hearts are always willing to listen to others and understand that others are a "mirror" of our current reality. If we can move pass anger, distrust and aggression, into a place of empathy and understanding, we will truly open the Heart Chakra.

The key is to understand that the "other" person is an aspect of you and your reality. And that how you manage and re-act to other people is a mirror of how you treat yourself and your reality. If you are able to treat yourself with nurturing love and compassion, only then will you be able to treat others in the same way. So, be kind to yourself, and the rest will follow.

Speaking your Truth : The Ladder to the Stars

Speaking our truth is the function of a healthy Throat Chakra. And this is our "ladder" to higher dimensions. It will allow us to ascend and descend to higher states of consciousness. And it will create a link between the higher frequencies and our Material Reality.

Often the mood swings and mental spaciness that transitioning people feel, is a result of rapid shifts between dimensions where there is no ladder. We literally "fall" between dimensions, and feel exhausted and disorientated. So building a ladder that can take us up and bring us down is important.

This also relates to the concept of "grounding" multi-dimensional reality. If we do not "ground" ourselves, we can become lost in a dream world that has no way of linking to the material world. The Throat Chakra creates the fifth-dimensional bridge that we need.

The two key concepts here are:

EMOTIONAL HONESTY AND OPENESS: Be willing to express your feelings. All of them. No manipulative games and hidden agendas. As we become more in touch with our feelings and our Heart Chakras open fully, it will be impossible to play manipulative games anyway. People will intuitively understand the motivations of others without them ever needing to be expressed.

And linked to this is self-awareness. We need to be aware of our subconscious patterns of manipulation and control, and be willing to release them for more healthy patterns of acceptance and flow. To be willing to allow the miracle of life to unfold without needing to control and force our expectations on others or on events.

RECEIVING THE TRUTH OF OTHERS: It is equally important, when building this ladder, to be able to receive the truth of others without judgment. To truly listen, which is the receptive or feminine aspect of the act of speaking.

For this ladder is one that we cannot build alone. It is a co-creation project. We build it for ourselves, but we invite others to share it and in turn to build ladders for others. In this way we are enabled to reach to ever higher levels of consciousness as a group, which is The Path of Conscious Evolution."
